AM Lift
AM Lift is unlike any other class we offer. Through compound lifts and accessory work, you’ll build strength, improve muscle coordination, and enhance muscular power. This class is an intermediate to advanced level class and is designed to challenge you.
Aerial Silks
Strengthen your core and learn the art of being an aerialist all in one with this beginner's course to aerial silks! We will cover basic climbs and poses that can be sequenced together over time. There will be warm-ups and cool downs on and off the ground that will help strengthen your body and make your movement more fluid. All levels are welcome and will be given more training based on experience. We must have 2 students to hold class.
Barre
Our Barre class blends ballet-inspired moves with Pilates and strength training (with some props) for a full-body workout. Using the barre for support, you'll target key muscle groups, improve balance, and enhance flexibility. Modifications are offered to meet you where you're at. This low-impact, fun, and easy to follow class is perfect for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling toned, strong, and energized. No ballet or dance experience neccesary!
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Our HIIT style classes combine high-intensity interval training with targeted core exercises to build strength, improve endurance, and sculpt your muscles. These fast-paced, full-body workouts will get your heart pumping while focusing on strength training. We will utilize our bodyweight as resistance and some times add additional weight and props when neccessary.
These classes are Intermediate level classes and are designed to challenge you!
Mobility + Stability
Improve the function of your body and recover better from your workouts.
Class begins with foam rolling for self-myofascial release (the fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles), which can also alleviate post-workout soreness.
We continue with deep stretching and conclude with balance exercises.
You may sweat, you may not, but you will definitely move and recover better with at least one MOBS class per week.
Pilates/Hot Pilates
Pilates mat will focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.
For Hot Yoga the room will be set to appx 85 degrees. The heat enhances flexibilty and promotes detoxification. Perfect for those looking to challenge their body, burn fat, and build strength in an efficient, full-body workout. Please bring a water bottle and a towel to this class because you will SWEAT!
Sculpt
Our Sculpt class is our signature strength training workout, designed to uplift and empower you. Using sustainable, low-impact circuit training, we focus on strengthening the larger muscle groups that support you in everyday activities. Perfect for all fitness levels, Sculpt will help you build strength, increase stability, and feel your best.
TRX Suspension Training
Our TRX Suspension Training class uses Total Body Resistance exercises to build strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility using just your bodyweight and gravity. This revolutionary workout will target muscles you never knew existed, enhancing core stability and joint strength. With a fun and challenging routine each session, you’ll stay motivated while seeing the results you want.
Yoga/Hot Yoga
Studium Fitness offers a range of yoga classes like: Hot Yoga, Sweat and Stretch, Power Flow, and Evening Flow. The heat enhances flexibilty and promotes detoxification, while the HIIT Intervals help boost metabolism and improve cardiovascular fitness. Perfect for those looking to challenge their body, burn fat, and build strength in an efficient, full-body workout. For Hot Yoga the room will be set to appx 85 degrees.
