    Classes
Barre, Hot Mat Pilates, Hot HIIT Mat Pilates, Lift, Pilates Sculpt Fusion, Sculpt

Bree combines her healthcare background with her experience as a nationally competitive strength athlete to bring a strong, grounded energy to her Pilates classes. With years of weightlifting behind her, she teaches a style of Pilates that’s intentional, strength-based, and centered around smart, functional movement. She loves incorporating props — bands, rings, light weights, blocks, and more — to help clients feel muscles they didn’t know they had, while keeping everything controlled, accessible, and form-focused.

Currently completing her Pilates certification, Bree is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more aligned, and more connected to their bodies every time they step on the mat. Her work in healthcare gives her a unique perspective on how we age, and she believes mobility, stability, and any form of movement play a crucial role in long-term health and longevity.

Outside of the studio, you can find Bree pursuing her nursing career, riding a motorcycle, or spending time with friends and family. She’s passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle and loves exploring her new home in the White Mountains — hiking, being outdoors, and soaking up everything the area has to offer.

    Chill Yoga Flow

A Massachusetts native, I moved to VT in 2015 to the quaint town of Peacham. I enjoy all things nature, whether its hiking, forest bathing, or outdoor picnics!

I have always had a feeling deep down that I wanted to help people but I was not sure how that would show up for me. In 2016, I discovered the practice of yoga. Yoga helped me on my personal healing journey. I completed my 200 hour YTT with Andrea Thibodeau at Heart Space Yoga in St. Johnsbury, VT. I am also certified by the Love Your Brain Foundation to teach yoga for those affected by Traumatic Brain Injury and a Holistic Health Coach through Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Throughout the years, yoga has helped me peel back the layers of myself and discover what truly aligns with my heart.

I am currently studying Behavioral Science at CCV with the goal of becoming a couples therapist, using yoga as part of my therapy practice.

  • Laura Remick

    INSTRUCTOR

    Classes
    Grounded Flow Yoga

I am a native of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom and grew up on my family’s dairy farm. My educational background is in nutrition and health education, and I discovered yoga as a powerful tool for healing from sports-related injuries.

In 2017, I completed my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification through Heart Space Yoga. Since then, yoga has become an essential part of maintaining balance in both my physical and emotional well-being. I am honored to share this practice with others and help students develop tools that support their own health, resilience, and personal growth.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy gardening, growing food, running with my dogs, biking, practicing yoga, and spending time with my family.

My classes are designed to be accessible to all bodies and experience levels. Using proper alignment as a foundation, I guide students in creating space, mobility, and ease throughout the body. Through mindful breathing, music, and intentional movement, students are invited to move through a flowing and supportive practice.

Every class begins with a centering meditation and incorporates breath-coordinated movement throughout each pose. Modifications and supportive variations are encouraged so that every student can find a practice that feels both appropriate and nourishing for their individual needs. Classes include a blend of standing, seated, and restorative postures and conclude with a period of quiet reflection and relaxation, allowing students to integrate the physical and spiritual benefits of their practice.

All body types, ages, genders, and experience levels are welcome.

I love barre – the perfect mix of movement, music, and strength. After 10 years as a dedicated student, I got certified at my favorite studio in East Boston.

Originally from Colorado, and after 25 years of city living in L.A. and Boston, I moved with my husband and two daughters to the beautiful White Mountains. We enjoy hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and watching full moon rises.

My classes are energetic, welcoming, and always set to a catchy playlist. Come ready to move, sweat, and have fun!

  • Meg Brown

    INSTRUCTOR

    Classes
Intro to TRX, MOBS (mobility + stability), Pilates Mat

Meg never expected “fitness instructor” to land on her bingo card. In fact, she never expected to find herself taking fitness classes.

Though she designed the Studium Fitness website back in 2018, it took the 2023 Studium rebrand to inspire her to enroll in a class. And she’s been consistent ever since.

Her favorite way to find balance and reduce post-class soreness? MOBS.

Meg soon developed a passion for our signature mobility and stability class and is now our MOBS instructor.

MOBS with Meg emphasizes muscle recovery with a focus on movements that will help our bodies maintain mobility as we age.

When she’s not teaching or taking classes at Studium, she designs websites and teaches aspiring entrepreneurs how to go from side hustler to self-employed through her business, Miss MegaBug.

She loves cruising in her powder blue convertible VW bug, snuggling cats Sonny Mittens and Autumn, roller/ice skating, reading lots of books, and traveling with her husband, Shelby.
